Brought directly to Tuscany, the precious beans are skillfully transformed by hand into small masterpieces, using ancient methods and only a few of the finest quality ingredients.

Their Pontedera workshop controls the entire production chain. Only the finest quality ingredients are used: exquisite cocoa beans, cane sugar, milk and selected fruit and nuts.
