Family Maple and Birch Farm

Established by Martin Malenfant in 1998, Erable Escuminac is located in a centuries-old maple grove in the Baie-des-Chaleurs on the Gaspe Peninusula. A favourable climate for maple growing, their long, very cold winters, combined with late springs guarantee a production of the highest quality.

Traditionally, maple syrup is blended to standardise the colour and flavour. Celebrating the distinct colours, flavours and aromas of each harvest, Escuminac bottles according to the stage of the season.
