A small family business, Silver & Green came to life in 2007. Built on a shared passion for food and the Mediterranean, Dan and Rachel now run a dedicated team of food lovers committed to sharing healthy, tasty, premium Mediterranean delicacies with the world.

Cultivated by artisan producers and local farmers, great care is taken to grow, nurture and brighten the ingredients they select, which is evident in both the quality and flavour of their products.

Packed with Care

All Silver & Green products are produced in a very hands-on manner. The olives are picked by hand, sorted by hand and, in the case of their olive pouches, the oil content is measured and poured by hand. From the start, Silver & Green’s philosophy has been to place strong emphasis on the quality of their goods and their customer service.
