Thursday Cottage was started in a Somerset kitchen in 1963. Handcrafted with the same care for over 50 years, all of their products are handmade in small batches and cooked in traditional pans. They still stir the fresh ingredients by hand and hand pour each jar to ensure more whole fruit makes it into their preserves. Great care is taken in choosing the best ingredients and use a variety of traditional and unusual fruits such as pink grapefruit and rhubarb. The hard work and effort consistently put in by the small team at Thursday Cottage is reflected by the many awards and accolades that precedes this well loved and recognized range.
