Fenugreek Seeds

A tangy, bitter flavour. The aroma is strong and like that of maple syrup. The seeds are usually roasted before use, to mellow their bitterness. Quickly dry-fry these seeds to release the tangy, curry aroma. Wonderful partner to sautéed potatoes.
